ASKTC/Town hall Q&A

Town halls and all-hands

A town hall Q&A where people ask what they really want to.

Anonymous questions, voted on by the room and approved by you before they reach the screen. Leadership hears the real questions, not only the safe ones.

Why it works

Honest questions, handled well.

Anonymous by setting

Hide names for the whole event, so a junior person can ask the question everyone is thinking.

The room decides what matters

Upvotes show which questions many people share, so leaders answer those first.

You stay in control

Every question can wait in a queue. Approve, merge duplicates, or reject before it shows.

Themes at a glance

Questions are tagged by topic and scored for sentiment, so you can see what is worrying people.

A stage screen

Put one question at a time on the projector, with a clear queue for the moderator.

Follow up after

Askers who leave an email are told when their question is answered, and you can email the report.

For every size

One office or a whole company.

In the room and remote

Anyone with the link can ask from a browser, whether in the hall or dialling in.

Several moderators

Share the queue with co-moderators, and route topics to the right executive using panelists.

Smooth at scale

One live room has held 10,000 phones in our load test.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Can employees ask anonymous questions?

Yes. Hosts can hide names for the whole event, and attendees do not need an account.

Can I review questions before they appear?

Yes. Questions can go through a moderation queue so only approved ones reach the screen. Moderation is free on every plan.

How do we avoid the same question five times?

Near-duplicate questions are clustered, with their votes combined, so you answer each topic once.

Does it work for remote and hybrid teams?

Yes. Everyone uses the same link in a browser, in the room or online.

Is there a free option?

Yes. The free plan covers 3 events with up to 100 people and 150 questions each.
