    Common reasons a phone or screen looks stuck

    • School, office and hotel Wi-Fi often block live connections. Pages load, but questions and votes do not update. Mobile data usually fixes it.
    • A VPN, ad blocker or private-DNS filter can cut the live connection.
    • A weak signal at a crowded venue makes updates arrive late, not never.
